+The 74HC158 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device that is pin-compatible with low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). Compliant with JEDEC standard no. 7A, this quad 2-input multiplexer is designed to select 4 bits of data from two sources, controlled by a common data select input (S). The selected data is presented on the four outputs in an inverted form, with an active LOW enable input (E).
